85SIXTY is looking for an Associate Director of Analytics with a strong background in analytics platform implementation, tag management, and website analytics. This position involves contributing strategically and technically across all our client work, in a fast paced and innovative culture, while empowering and mentoring team members. This role will serve as a primary client contact across all phases of analytics projects, including analytics implementations, ad operations tracking, audience activation strategies, data management consultation, and advanced data analysis.  Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Tags, Adobe WebSDK/Mobile SDK, as well as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager are required. Knowledge of additional Adobe Experience Cloud products, such as Adobe Target, AEP RTCDP, and Adobe Journey Optimizer a plus.

This leadership role requires ability and willingness to keep up with industry trends, like Privacy laws (CCPA, GDPR, etc), industry shifts and trends like 3rd party Cookie demise, browser restrictions, First-party Data collection, Server-side tracking and have ability to translate into customer speak that is easily consumable by the teams and our customers.

85SIXTY is currently working remotely. We have offices in Denver & San Diego.  Some in-person, in-office interaction including being on-site with clients, is expected.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategize with clients on their MarTech stacks and execute on those ideas via data auditing, ETL deployment, and platform adoption.  
  • Serve as a primary point of contact in triaging client support issues related to analytics.
  • Participate in  project definition & scoping, requirements documentation, design, implementation, and ongoing management of complex web analytics projects.
  • Oversee tag management practices in support of paid media advertising and overall website tracking, including the ability to jump in and execute on advanced tagging needs and troubleshoot tracking solutions across websites and mobile SDKs.
  • Validate & QA the accuracy of data coming from client analytics platforms.  Collaborate with other team members to identify, validate and fix any tracking, reporting or other issues related to analytics implementations.
  • Work directly with web developers and IT teams to better plan and execute on measurement strategies and system integrations.
  • Continually research emerging technologies and stay up-to-date on the rapid changes in the digital marketing landscape.
  • Mentor other team members and work collaboratively with other team members to solve complex problems and design durable, robust solutions.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience implementing and working with multiple versions of Google Analytics (Universal, GA4, GA360) and Adobe Analytics.
  • Advanced knowledge of tag management solutions such as Google Tag Manager/Tealium iQ/Adobe Launch (Data Collection), Edge data collection.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, HTML and other languages as it relates to the measurement of advertising and website analytics.
  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms (AEP, Amperity, mParticle, etc), Segmentation, Journey Analytics is a strong plus.
  • Experience implementing server-side tracking/tagging solutions is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital media principles including various approaches to attribution & measurement.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a meticulous attention to details.
  • Familiar with privacy laws and their implications on marketing compliance and data system architecture
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Marketing or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize data from multiple sources and perform statistical modeling techniques.

Compensation Disclaimer:

Compensation Range: $90,000 - $120,000 annually. Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to job-related knowledge, level of relevant experience, education, skills and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). 85SIXTY reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
